Relax in the nature that surrounds Ragnerud. Ragnerud Hiking Destination is located right next to Ragnerudsjön and Kroppefjälls Wilderness Area. A place where everything is there for you who want to experience what nature has to offer and at the same time live and eat well. You check in to your cabin from 14.00 and then choose whether you take a short hike or a paddling trip on the lake. Later in the evening you eat a three course dinnerwith recomended wine/beer of locally produced ingredients from Dalsland and western Sweden.

Wake up and start the day with our gourmet breakfast basket. You get your hiking lunch and the thermos filled to be able to explore Kroppefjäll. Choose for yourself how short or far you want to hike. There are circular loops on everything from 1-32km. We are happy to help you show on the hiking map where our favorite places on Kroppefjäll are. After your hike you can take a refreshing swim and enjoy in the sauna overlooking the lake.
Then end day two with a 3-course dinner from Ragnerud KÖK.

At the end of your stay, you may want to explore Lake Ragnerudsjön. Take a canoe or kayak and head out on the lake. Ragnerudsjön offers 11 km of kayaking, a beach, a barbecue area right by the lake and a small island you can go ashore for a coffee breake. You can of course take another trip on Kroppefjäll if desired. Check-out from the cottage is 11.00.

WILDERNESS ADVENTURE - LOST IN THE FOREST

WILDERNESS COURSE - 4 DAYS IN THE WILDLAND - ONE NIGHT IN THE WILDERNESS
Learn the basics of sleeping, cooking and navigating in the wilderness. You arrive at Kroppefjäll Bed & Breakfast, which is located in the northeastern part of the Kroppefjäll Wilderness Area. Here you prepare their dinner package in their nice grill hut. You sleep soundly in a soft bed and recharge your energy for your magical adventure in the wilderness. In the morning you enjoy a locally produced breakfast.

Your own wilderness guide will meet you at the location at 09:00. The guide will go through the two-day hike and show you the planned route. Together with the guide you will now set off on your hiking tour (a total of about 30km). The first stop will be for lunch where you will cook charcoal buns over an open fire. After lunch you will continue to the place where you will spend the night, which will be in a sheltered area (in a tent or hammock if the shelters are already occupied). Here you will receive a bushcraft course that will give you the knowledge of how to handle a knife and axe and make fire. During the trip you will learn a lot of things that nature serves.

Wake up and start the day by preparing breakfast over an open fire. You will head out onto the hiking trails again and have Ragnerudsjön as your final destination. Check into your cabin and now after your adventure in nature take a refreshing dip in the lake and enjoy the sauna with a view of the lake.Then end day three with a 3-course dinner at Ragnerud KÖK.

Breakfast for your last day is ready in the cabin and you can choose for yourself whether you just want to enjoy the peace and quiet or head out onto Ragnerudsjön for a shorter canoeing trip. Transport back to Kroppefjäll B&B or to the bus depending on how you got to the start.

The package includes:
- 3 x Overnight stays (1 x Bed & Breakfast - 1 x overnight stay in the wilderness - 1 x Stuga Ragnerud)
- Kroppefjäll B&B in a park-like environment surrounded by the beautiful Dalsland forest. The rooms have their own toilet and shower, sheets, towels and breakfast are always included. Here you will sleep soundly in a comfortable bed and wake up with nature as a view in the morning.
- Overnight stay in the wilderness. This is either in a wind shelter (tent or hammock as an option). Or you may have your own equipment that you want to bring and try out.
- Stuga Ragnerud (incl. final cleaning and bed linen). Check-in from 2:00 PM on day 2, check-out no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We will take care of your luggage before you gain access to the cabin or if you want to stay longer after check-out time.
- 3 x Dinner (1 x Kroppefjäll Food Bag - Grillkåtan, 1 x Dinner Package - Wilderness, 1 x 3-course dinner & drinks)
- Kroppefjälls Food Bag contains all the ingredients you need for your meal, of course these are sustainably and locally produced. You get access to everything you need to cook the meal over an open fire in one of our grill huts.
- You get the Wilderness dinner package and it is cooked over an open fire at the place where you spend the night.
- 3-course meal in the restaurant at Ragnerud Kök on the last evening. Included in the price is a starter, main course, dessert and drink. In the evenings when the restaurant is closed, you can enjoy a lunch bag prepared by the kitchen that is completed in the cabin
- 3 x Breakfast (1 x breakfast buffet, 1 x breakfast package Wilderness, 1 x breakfast basket in the cabin)
- Breakfast at Kroppefjäll B&B. Recharge with a delicious breakfast of yogurt, cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea, simple spreads and of course bread from a local bakery.
- You will receive a Wilderness breakfast package to eat the morning you wake up in the wilderness.
- Breakfast for the last morning is in the fridge in the cabin.
- 2 x Lunch (1 x lunch over an open fire, 1 x lunch package)
- Lunch over an open fire we create together in the form of a charcoal bun with Dalsland history in the background.
- Soup that we heat up by the breakfast fire in the wilderness and pack in a thermos.
- Sauna
End the evening with a sauna and a refreshing swim in the lake in the area. Appointments are booked at the time of booking or at check-in. Saunas are available at both Kroppefjäll B&B and Ragnerud Hiking Destination.
- 1 x Wilderness Guide
Eddie Dalsborn from Outdoor North Dalsland will take you on an adventure in the wilderness. Here, navigation, cohesion and nature guidance will play a big role during the tour.
- 1 x Bushcraft course
Master fire making using a matchstick and flint. With old techniques, we will create the vital element that humans need most.
